item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging,

shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if you receive a
defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue. Certain items are non-
returnable, including perishable goods, personalized items, beauty products, hazardous
materials, and sale items or gift cards. If you're in the European Union, you are entitled to a 24-
day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 20 days for any reason.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, but your bank may take longer to
reflect the transaction. If you haven't received your refund after 18 business days, please contact
